Saturday, December 8th- Olympic Lifting Clinic with Michael Ungar from 9-10:30am.  Cost is $50.  Pre-register via email with Danielle at danielle@balancegym.com.

Sunday, December 9th- Gymnastics Tutorial with Michael Lorenzen at 12:30pm.  We will be focusing on handstand push-ups and kipping mechanics/progressions.  No pre-registeration is necessary.  Just show up!
