Just a reminder: Michael Lorenzen will be holding another gymnastics tutorial this Sunday at 12:30pm.  We will also be offering a 9am Saturday class starting this weekend!

WOD for Thursday

1.) Ring Transition Practice

2.) Complete 1-3 Muscle-up/Transitions on the minute for 10 minutes.

3.) Complete for time: 

20 Weighted Pull-ups (35/20lbs)

40 Toes to Bar

PALEO CHALLENGE- Saturday, January 20th- Measurements will begin at 2pm followed by a nutrition seminar.  This should run approximately from 2-3:30pm.  You may pre-purchase on the website.  The cost is $40.

NEXT BIG SOCIAL EVENT FOR US: January 26th!  We will be celebrating Danielle Dionne and Mark Crick's Birthday too!  Please come out and join the  the Balance Gym Cupid's Undie Run team at Public Bar on January 26 to raise some money for the Children's Tumor Foundation! 

 In the past five years, the Children's Tumor Foundation  has funded more than $10 million in research targeted toward ending neurofibromatosis. And the Balance Gym team can proudly say we have raised more than $14,000 for the Cupid's Undie Run over the past two events. And we're RAISING THE BAR!  

Please help us reach our goal of raising $15,000 for this year's event... it's as easy as ordering a beer at the bar! 10% of all sales at Public Bar, starting at Noon until close, will go toward the Balance Gym Staff team's $15,000 goal! 

Bring some friends, come hang out with the team, and support a great cause!
