Double-unders

Ab-mat Sit-ups

*Perform 5 Clean and Jerks, 50 Double-unders, 50 Ab Mat Sit-ups, then 4 Clean and Jerks, 40 Double-unders, 40 Ab Mat Sit-ups...

Clean and jerks: worked up to 185#; got the clean at 195#, but failed twice on the jerk

C&J: Worked up to 125lbs--really struggled with the jerks today until Danielle set me straight--thank you!

WOD: 9:01 with 105lbs--agreed--this was fun.
