Double-unders
Ab-mat Sit-ups
*Perform 5 Clean and Jerks, 50 Double-unders, 50 Ab Mat Sit-ups, then 4 Clean and Jerks, 40 Double-unders, 40 Ab Mat Sit-ups...

Clean and jerks: worked up to 185#; got the clean at 195#, but failed twice on the jerk
