At CrossFit Balance our motto is, “Train like an athlete, Look Like an Athlete.” Our training philosophy is centered on training movements not muscles, introducing progressions, educating the client, and an overall athletic approach to fitness.
We differ from health clubs, by creating and providing stimulating workout programs ranging from private to group instruction. We strive to create a motivating environment that combines active and engaging coaching, and a strong sense of camaraderie amongst members. You will be encouraged to track your progress whether by time, weight, or reps depending on the workout. The greater commitment to us and one another and the closer to achieving a greater level of fitness!

I get asked all the time about supplements and nutrition for the wildly popular CrossFit workout program. This is an intense workout routine, so nutritional supplementation can definitely benefit people on the CrossFit program; however, recommending one supplement is hard. First, the end goal of the person training has to be considered.
