Pretty weak on the presses, failed at 125. Nicole and I dominated the rowing though...something like 22 minutes total?
Also just wanted to point out that I made it to the 6:15 class for the first time ever...and I'm on my second cup of coffee. Humans weren't meant to wake up that early.
Presses - 50, 60, 65 (F on last 1)
Ed and I rowed hard! 22 something? I wrote it down in my book but I forget now.
Shoulder Presses 95-105-110 (1 rep, failed). 105 new PR.
Rowing Ladders--don't know our time b/c Ryan didn't time us--he was too busy getting a tan on the deck, but Elliot & I kicked ass (mainly Elliot). That workout sucked.
Presses: 115, 135, 145 (failed on third rep)
WOD: seriously tough - not sure about our time but Lynn and I made it look easy....as usual
Shoulder Press: 50-60(Fail)-55-60 (new PR)
WOD: Meant to track my splits but only caught my first 500: 1:56. Jenny and I kicked ass and our plan to let Ian and LaMarr win by 300 meters worked perfectly.
Couldn't make today work...
500 Lunges for time
18:23
Been planning on doing this for a while...it definitely gets hard after the first 300
This was a GREAT workout...the competitive aspect made it fun...I am looking forward to more! Bring it Danielle! : )
@ Cristyn - Glad we could help you achieve your goals.
