WOD for Tuesday:
1.) 3X 10 Back Squats(1 minute rest between sets)
2.) 5 sets:
50 Double-unders
AMRAP Unbroken Strict Pull-ups
Rest 2:00 minutes

185-195-195 HBBS. Tried to perform the reps as fast as possible.

*lingering neck/upper back pain held me back slightly
WOD: 40 pullups, (huge thx to Alex for the tape for my ailing hands)
BS: 3x10 @ 165# (still nursing right hip back to confidence on BS, raise weight next week).
