PALEO CHALLENGE DATE CLARIFICATION!- The date is set for January 20th- its a Sunday at 2pm.  I apologize for the confusion as it was written Saturday the 20th.  The Challenge date is Sunday, January 20th.

1.) 3X 10 Back Squats(1 minute rest between sets)

2.) 5 sets:

50 Double-unders

AMRAP Unbroken Strict Pull-ups

Rest 2:00 minutes
