REGISTER NOW!  What is Steve's Club?  Balance Gym is excited to announce its launch of Steve’s Club Washington, DC, a non-profit that promotes health, fitness, wellness and personal development to underprivileged and at-risk youths. Steve’s Club was founded on the principle that fitness and sports can be a positive outlet for youths and that mentorship and community involvement are integral to personal development. 

Beat the Streets- This will be our kick-off fundraising event supporting Steve's Club!  It is a team workout! There is a sign up board in the gym or you may fill out the form on the website.  For more workout details click here.

WOD for Saturday

3X 6 minutes of the following: 

3 KB Snatches per arm

Bear Crawls- 25m (Counts as 1 rep)

6 Clapping Push-ups

Bear Crawls- 25m

12 Kettlebell Swings (Russian)

-Rest 6 minutes-

*Objective is to hit the same number of rounds per set. (1 Round= 26 reps)

Post total number of reps per sets to comments.
