The Next FOUNDATIONS Course Begins:

 Monday January 4

 Foundations classes are for those individuals seeking to enter our ongoing group classes.  They are designed to introduce the technique and mechanics of CrossFit’s nine basic movements and other secondary movements, then intensity.  Perfect for those who are hesitant about the movements, desire more attention and time to review, or unsure of where to begin.  There will be a workout at the end of each day which will get progressively more challenging as the course progresses. The Foundations classes meet two days per week over the course of one month.  They consist of eight one-hour training sessions limited to six trainees.  For more information contact us at, danielle@balancegym.com.

Welcome to CrossFit Balance

At CrossFit Balance our motto is, “Train like an athlete, Look Like an Athlete.” Our training philosophy is centered on training movements not muscles, introducing progressions, educating the client, and an overall athletic approach to fitness.

We differ from health clubs, by creating and providing stimulating workout programs ranging from private to group instruction.  We strive to create a motivating environment that combines active and engaging coaching, and a strong sense of camaraderie amongst members.  You will be encouraged to track your progress whether by time, weight, or reps depending on the workout. The greater commitment to us and one another and the closer to achieving a greater level of fitness!
