It's time to bench press today!
WOD for Tuesday:
"Lynne"
Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.
Followed by:
Handstand Holds (3 max attempts)- 3 minutes rest in between sets.

Pretty sad recovery on bench haha, but it will all come together.
Eric- Welcome to Crossfit...hang in there.....you will see significant improvements in your recovery if you keep at it. Awesome work on the kipping pull-ups! Significant improvement there!
