PALEO CHALLENGE RESULTS:
1st: James Dozier
Lost 16.1lbs of fat and 9.31% bodyfat, this was a 54.7% improvement from start
2nd: Dan Merrill
Lost 22.2lbs of fat and 10.1% bodyfat, this was a 46.3% improvement from start
3rd: Sam Pfister
Lost 10.1lbs of fat and 5.09% bodyfat, this was a 36.9% improvement from start
4th: Evan Vucci
Lost 16lbs of fat and 6.55% bodyfat, a 32.4% improvement from start
As a group, the average fat loss was 8.1lbs over 1 month. And the average improvement in bodyfat % was 23%.

The 4-week trial will have the meals sold at a reduced rate to gauge interest and collect feedback. 8:48 w/ 60# and 20" box.
L holds turned quickly to tuck holds. and they were still really hard for me for some reason.
deadlift seminar last night was great. Thanks Bobby for taking the time to do that. I really learned a lot.

For the most part, legs were tucked for L-holds.

First L-hold was awesome, afterward it was a mess

Held first three L-hold then they got rough.

L-holds were tucks; this worked my grip a lot too.
