AFFILIATE LEAGUE PRACTICE THIS SUNDAY at 11:30am!

Holiday Rowing Challenge- We will be holding a Row-a-thon next Saturday morning.  Details to be determined and posted this Monday!  Keep up the great work to all the rower challengees!

Danielle Duffy is a current participant in the Holiday 100K Challenge- "I decided to do the challenge because I gained 7 pounds in November (diet and drinking need to be reigned in!).  Originally I thought 100K was crazy so I decided to split it up with Lisa Brown.  . . .But then she got the flu and is unable to do her meters and I got dumped Sunday and have some stuff to work out.  After getting your [Danielle]email just now I decided to do the full 100K - instead of just 50.   So thank you :)  I know I go into a lot of things at CrossFit with a "I can't do that" attitude -- which I am really trying to change.  My renewed perspective about this challenge is to cross off one more of those "I can't do that" items off my list.  My experience thus far is that my abs killed me after rowing 6K on Saturday but at least I know I did something that was challenging my body and that it will get easier. Thanks again, Duffy"

WOD for Saturday:

30 Snatch (65/45lbs); (55/25lbs)
