As Team "Captain" for the Masters of Balance, I should add that the Masters will also be competing this weekend at Balance. We look *almost* as good as Gold in our RUN CFB t-shirts. Bring it!

Emily, here's my breakfast (all paleoheads, turn away)

1 serving gluten-free, steel cut oats (1/4 c dry)
add 1 tbsp pastured butter
add 1 handful blueberries
add 1 generous tsp sunbutter (no sugar added
add 1 tsp raw honey

~10 to 15 brussel sprouts, sliced thin (1/8" ish) for faster cooking
cook in coconut oil (anti-microbial benefits)
add juice of 1/2 lime
add sriracha, to taste

3-4 pastured eggs, fried
cook in coconut oil
add fresh ground pepper
use brussel sprouts to soak up the yolk

enjoy!
