This was my first no-nonsense clean workout, so I was really just trying to baseline. In the past I felt like I never quite got a solid handle on the mechanics of this lift, but I watched Ryan pull 185 and it just clicked. This was a great session for me because I honestly learned how to clean correctly. I'm looking forward to our next heavy clean workout so I can establish a legit baseline for this lift because I definitely had more in the tank. Good stuff.
