Rest as needed between sets.
2.) Complete 4 rounds:
45 Seconds Row for Calories
-15 Seconds Rest-
45 Seconds Ring Holds
-15 Seconds Rest-
45 Seconds AMRAP Knees to Elbows
-15 Seconds Rest-
Post total number of pull-ups and reps to comments.

Sunday, December 9th- Gymnastics Tutorial with Michael Lorenzen at 12:30pm. We will be focusing on handstand push-ups and kipping mechanics/progressions. No pre-registeration is necessary. Just show up!

I left a white UPS package of 2 unopenned jump ropes at the crossfit section of the gym on Wednesday, 12/5/2012. It was in one of the slots next to the workout books (below the speaker system). If anyone has found them, please let me know. It would be much appreciated.
